1. General terms / acceptance
   • By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of JartaariWeaves.
     
2. Products and product representation
   • Sarees are handwoven/handcrafted and may have natural variations.
   • Product images are for representation; colours can vary due to photography, lighting and screen/device settings.
   • Virtual/AI model images are for styling and draping reference.
   • Actual product details should be assessed from the real product/flat/detail images.
3. Product availability
   • Products are subject to availability.
   • Since some sarees may be unique pieces, an item may become unavailable before an order is confirmed.
4. Pricing and payment
   • Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
   • Shipping charges, if applicable, should be clearly mentioned.
   • JartaariWeaves reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
5. Orders
   • An order is confirmed only after successful payment/order confirmation.
   • JartaariWeaves may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances such as stock discrepancy or inability to fulfil the order.
6. Shipping and delivery
   • Delivery timelines are estimates.
   • Delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, etc. are outside our control.
   • Customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.
7. Returns and exchanges
   • Refer to separate Return & Exchange Policy.
   • Acceptance of returns is subject to that policy.
8. Intellectual property
   • JartaariWeaves' website content, photographs, logo, product descriptions, graphics and other material belong to our business and cannot be reproduced without permission.
9. Website use
   • Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, etc.
10. Limitation of liability

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
