All our sarees are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and finish.

Handwoven and handloom sarees may have slight variations in weave, texture, or motifs. These are inherent to the artisanal process and are considered a mark of authenticity, not defects.

Certain product images may be displayed on a virtual model for styling and visual reference. Minor variations in drape, pleats, or fall may occur due to digital rendering.

Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions during photography or individual screen and device settings.

Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

•Returns will be accepted only in case of a damaged product received.

•To process a return, we require an unedited opening video of the package clearly showing the damage at the time of unpacking.

•Requests without an opening video will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

•Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
