Shipping Policy

1. Order processing & dispatch
Orders are processed within 3 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned

2. Delivery timelines
Products normally take up to 7 days to deliver after dispatch except remote locations. However, these are estimated timelines and JartaariWeaves cannot guaranty the exact duration. 

3. Shipping charges

We are currently offering free of charge shipping; however we reserve the right to make it chargeable without any intimation. Please note while placing orders.  

4. Courier service
Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners.

5. Tracking
Tracking details will be shared with the contact details shared by you once the order is dispatched.

6. Delays
Delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, natural events, etc. are outside our direct control.

7. Incorrect/incomplete address
The customer should be responsible for providing the correct delivery address and phone number. Any additional shipping cost caused by an incorrect address can be charged to the customer.

8. Delivery attempt / unclaimed packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable/refusing delivery, we may deduct the applicable return shipping charges from the order amount before processing a refund.

9. Damaged package
Customers are required to record the opening video of the package, consistent with Return & Exchange Policy.
